The location of the hotel is great, very close to the center, making it easy to walk everywhere. The beds in the rooms are comfortable, with curtains, own light, and sockets. The kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor area is wonderful, with a swimming pool, chairs, and tables. The staff is super nice and attentive, always trying to make your stay enjoyable. The showers have hot water and good pressure.

The gym is located in the hall, which can be a bit inconvenient as it is in everyone's way.

I had a great time staying at Garra Charrua in Merida. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The free breakfast provided was a nice touch, although you need to get there early to ensure there's still food available. The pool was a refreshing amenity, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Despite being a bit farther from the city center, around a 15-minute walk, the location was still convenient. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, like the lack of privacy in the toilets and the occasional collapse of the shower curtain, overall, I enjoyed my stay at Garra Charrua and would recommend it to others.
